The Booking.com company is looking for an increase in the conversion of young adults (ages 18-25). As one of the largest online travel agencies, one of their objectives is to explore ways to convert new customers and encourage returning customers in this target market. To do so, they aim to understand users’ priorities when traveling and general travel planning patterns/trends in this market. With these insights, Booking.com will tailor their services and features more effectively to the needs and desires of their young adults. Our team aided Booking.com in their mission to meet the needs of young adults and presented the final deck below.
